FREE Ground Shipping on Orders $35+. Every Day!
We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all orders of $35 or more everyday. For orders under $35 we offer standard ground shipping for a flat fee of $5.00 or priority shipping for a flat fee of $10. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All products are securely shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS - at our discretion. (We do our best to select the service that will get you your package the quickest!) Customers will be provided with the choice between flat rate standard ground shipping and flat rate priority shipping at checkout.
If you have special shipping requirements or need a package by a specific date, we ask that you reach out to us via support@emersonwest.com before placing your order so that we can determine how best to meet your needs.
Emerson West is not responsible for late or lost packages due to the fault of the carrier. We ship out all packages within 2 business days of order placement, from our warehouse in Marietta, Georgia, to ensure the fastest delivery possible. However, we ask for your understanding that once the package leaves our hands, we are at the mercy of the shipping provider.

SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES
All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days or order placement. Orders received after 2 pm EST will ship out the following business day.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information and a link to track your package online. If you have questions about your shipment, please reach out to support@emersonwest.com.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time we do not ship internationally.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
If the delivery address is within the United States and the United States Postal Service (USPS) can deliver to it, we will ship to it! We will let you know if we run into any issues during the shipment process.
